Long term back pain, coping tactics, solutions...anything!!

Hi,

Just going through another period of feeling like I have been punched in the spine by Lennox Lewis for 3 hours, so I thought I'd ask around and see how you are all feeling!

This is not new for me, I'm 45 and have been suffering since my late 20's. I have periods where it is less painful than other times but it inevitably returns. I have forgotten what it is like to be pain free as I dare say, a lot of you have.

My back pain is not down to an injury that I can remember and moves around. I believe it is mainly muscular and probably related to years of poor posture and handed down from my dad as he and my sister suffer too. I workout regularly and walk and run a fair bit and am not overweight.

I have been to various chiropractors, osteopaths and physios over the years but none have been able to pinpoint it. I'd really like some kid of strategy to just make it bearable. I know I will never be pain free but maybe I can lessen it. I have recently talked to two people who have had broken backs and rehabilitated and have no back trouble at all now. I'm happy for them but also infuriated that I can't find a similar outcome despite not having any such injury!

So, what helps you? CBD oil, deep tissue massage guns, exercise, acupuncture, posture correction.....just trying to find out what has helped some people and maybe connect with others in a similar situation!

Cheers

    Hi

You can try Tapentadol 150 mg which can be bought online. Its available at 45 $ off right now and really helps in getting rid of the back pain. I have experience in this matter. I had developed lower back pain due to long hours at the office sitting in front of the computer. I had tried various exercises before but none helped. Finally tapentadol helped me get rid of the back pain completely.
