Long-term debilitating physical fatigue

Throughout the days I live with debilitating physical fatigue. It's so bad that it takes me 3-4 hours to get out of bed in the morning. I can't imagine myself finishing my bachelor degree in computer technology and I can't imagine myself holding down a job in the future. I'm sure it's not CFS because my symptoms don't worsen with activity. Various blood tests including for cortisone, vitamin D, hypothyroidism and metabolism have all come back fine. Additionally I suffer from stuck thoughts, complete physical numbness, depression and anxiety. It's been like this for 15 years. Medications against depression and anxiety haven't helped. I don't know what to do. I just want the fatigue to go away so I can lead a successful life. Does anyone else have the fatigue that I have and is told by doctors that there's nothing physically wrong with you? What should I do?

    Hi Mans,

I have cfs/me so have a reason for mine that is tangible? however, I also have no physical reason for my symptoms other than having cfs/me. I wonder if there are other tests like lupus or even lymes that the doctor needs to run too?

    Hope that helps,

    Beverley
