Long term effects from prednisolone withdrawal

I was misdiagnosed by my GP who prescribed prednisolone. I was on them for 3 years and struggled to get off them even though I tapered quite slowly.

Now I am off them for a year but I am still feeling dreadful.

I am still fatigued and feel very anxious. I also have constant breast pain sometimes in both but mostly in my left breast.

I am at the end of my tether. CAN anyone help or has anyone had a similar experience!!
