Long term health issues | join cracking

Hi there,

I would like to ask you for a piece of advice regarding one of my health issues. Long story short, a few years ago I had quite a serious penile infection which later caused a connective tissue disease (Peyronies disease, localised to the genitals) and a number of other problems, as it seems. The problem is that while suffering from this infection (or whatever it was because I still don't have a clear diagnosis), I developed quite an annoying 'popping' or 'cracking' sound in my left knee (no pain but some stiffness). At the beginning, I thought that it was nothing special as pretty much everyone has some 'cracking' in their joints.

However, as the problem progressed, I decided to pay a visit to a specialised doctor (traumatologist as far as I recall) who did an X-ray and told me that I had a bit of liquid in my knee and second degree of some form of erosion of my knee. Well, because of the liquid, it was suspected that it might have been some sort of an autoimmune disease, so I was advised to go to a rheumatologist.

So, having visited several rheumatologists, the conclusion was that I was fine and there was no autoimmune disease whatsoever. I also did a lot of blood tests for different inflammation and autoimmune disease indicators, and everything was pretty much alright. At the same time, this 'cracking' spread from the right knee to the left knee and now pretty much my entire body cracks (no pain but some discomfort).

Could you please advice me what exact doctor I should visit with this problem? Perhaps it's some kind of a reactive arthritis or some vitamin deficiency (always had Vitamin D deficiency but it's unlikely to be related). I'm really lost at this point and not sure what I should do about it.
