Long Term HELLP issues

Hi all! I'm looking for answers. I am a 28 year old female with a history of Having HELLP syndrome in 3 out of 4 pregnancies. I recently started to develop an itch all over my body out of no where about 4 weeks ago. i tried lotions, creams, benadryl. nothing helps. I went to my local urgent care and they looked at my records from my last birth and saw the elevated liver enzymes and decided to check them again. i had this baby about 18 months ago. They also gave me a steroid shot and some meds. i have not taken them yet. Im wondering if this could be a long tern affect of HELLP or something different. Also started with some horrible gnawing pain right under my sternum in the middle of my stomach, with excessive sweating and nausea last night. related? caused by the steroid? im so miserable and just want answers. any thoughts, suggestions, or advice would be much appreciated!

you need to see a gastroenterologist to run the appropriate tests. If your alk phosphate and GGT are raised it could be PBC but the pain could mean gall bladder.

    good luck
