long time groin pain after ureteroscopy

Hi,

I went through ureteroscopy for kidney stone removal last year.My discharge was normal but I had strong fever for 4 days and groin pain.Now, after one year, pain ia still there.I have sonography, MRI, bloos test, urine test.everything is normal.I am just frustrated about what could be the reason for this pain.I suspect below reasons.1.pain in groin because of nerve danage because of spinal anesthesia 2.bladder damage because of ureteroscopy.3. Muscular pain because of position they kept me during ureteroscopy .
