Looking for advice. In pain for over 1 year

Hi all, sorry if this is a long post but there is a lot I have to say. I have been lurking this forum and have read every single post on here. It all started last June, I had a pretty bad pain in my left lower pelvis which the only way I can describe felt like a dull constant throbbing toothache but in my pelvis. It was also radiate to my back, groin and down my left leg. I am an ultrasound tech so I did scan myself and there was nothing on my left ovary. The pain continued on and off for months. I saw a gastro who ran bloodwork which was all normal and i booked for a colonoscopy for november 2019. Before the colonoscopy i was worried either colon cancer or diverticulitis but was not taken seriously because I am a 31 year old female. i have suffered from severe IBS-D since around 10 years old. But this is very different. My colonoscopy was normal they said but i felt it was rushed and i didnt get the pictures of the colon that usually come with your report. Gastro said he doesnt think its intestinal but possibly an endometriosis pain?

Since colonoscopy in Novemeber i have dealt with the pain on and off. But now i am just plain scared. For the past week i have that throbbing pain left lower pelvis but a new symptom has emerged and that is the reason i am posting here to see if anyone else has had this? The only way i can describe it is a sharp pain in my left lower pelvis with the feeling of something moving through my intestine but almost getting stuck hence the quick sharp pain. this only starts to happen after i eat in the morning and continues until bed time intermittently all day. I rarely wake up with the pain which makes me think it is related to food trying to move through my colon and being obstructed by something. i am absolutely terrified and to the point of going to the hospital. the staff at the Gastro are are so nasty and i feel like im a big joke, i dont even want to call to make an appointment. please can someone tell me if they have ever had that weird feeling of movement with sharp pain?

also just wanted to add my mom has had diverticulitis and her and I have the same IBS all our lives. i did follow up with GYN as well and had official sonogram which was normal and expressed concerns about possible endometriosis which they said can only be seen with laparoscopy most of the time but was low suspicion for it.
