Looking for advice on how to reduce HS scars

Hi all. I had HS since i was 18 (I'm now 40). I've been almost clear for 2 years now (I just have one annoying breakout left to get rid of). Does anyone have any tips for reducing the scars. Mine are in the groin and inner buttock area and they are extensive and very ugly. I won't ever allow myself to get intimate with a guy because of the embarrassment.

Are there any cosmetic procedures, lazer treatments, creams, oils or anything else that works to reduce them?
