I am obsessed with events from my past and my attempts to alter them in my mind, which all fail and bring me back to the inevitability of what happened to me, and the impossibility of changing the past, with flashbacks and trying to reasont things out, but I just go round and round in circles, and the only hope is to blot them out, and the only thing that can enable you to do that is Clomipramine, Anafranil, which works.

I've never tried those though I read about some of them and their success with symptoms

I'm going to see a psychiatrist so maybe that's an option

I go into my past a lot looking for any evidence to support my fears or any regrets and mistakes I've made it makes me feel guilty and numb I'm trying to learn to move past them
