Looking for encouragement

I just started 25mgs last night. Kind of kept me awake for a few hours and the today has been kind of weird feeling. Shaky, weak, lightheaded.. anyone have these same symptoms at the start? How long till they subside? I really need this to work!! Would love to hear some success stories for encouragement!!  Thanks 😀

    I was on 25 for a week and moved up to 50 after that. I had all the side effects you just mentioned and a few more. They lasted about 3-4 weeks and all gone. I’ve been on sertraline now for close to 10 weeks now on 75mg and I feel amazing. I’m so glad I stuck with it and didn’t quit. Good luck God bless

      Thanks for the encouragement! I will look forward to them going away in a few weeks then.. and hopefully starting to feel less anxious!! Appreciate you taking the time to respond

    Yes had those symptoms plus some. They say it takes 6 to 8 weeks before it really kicks in but some people are sooner and others later. You are on a low amount so it might pass quicker but again it might not. I am on 100, started on 50. Ive been on them for about 6 months. I feel alot better then i did, not saying that i dont have bad days because I do. You will have more and more good days than bad. Good luck

      Thanks! So glad to hear your success.. gives me hope for getting through the next few weeks! I can’t wait to feel better and hope that the side effects don’t get to intense.
