Looking for expert witness for permanent nerve damage after botox injection

My wife had botox injections along her eyebrow line that caused her to have terrible headaches above her left eyebrow for the past 2 1/2 years along with ptosis in her left eyelid that causes her great nerve pain. She was told she needed a blepharoplasty and that our insurance would not pay for it. She retained an attorney, but her attorney told her she needed an expert witness if she wanted to go forward and get the surgery and have the practicioner pay for it. She just wants a chance to repair the damage the practitioner caused by injecting too much botox into her eyebrow. Can someone please recommend an MD who can witness for her?
