Looking for gift ideas for sjogren's syndrome patient

My best friend has sjogren's, diagnosed not too long ago. She has a lot of issues with achy joints, and I was just wondering, if any of you have the same symptoms, are weighted blankets comforting? Or is it a case of "my joints ache, and I can't stand any more pressure on them"? Are there any items that bring you some relief that would make a good Christmas present? Thank you for any suggestions you may have.
