Looking for help -NHS is just not bothered

I am asking for anyone and everyone that can help me please as i think i will probably be dead if someone didnt help me soon

i had a fungal nail infection 4 years ago and within these 4 years i have been diagnosed with 15 other conditions including hypochondria, delusion of parasite, hiatus hernia, inguinal hernia bialateral, diastasis rectii , pre diabetic, anxiety polyps on gall bladder and enlarged and fatty liver my abdomen changes many times in a day from distension to flat stomach for past 1 and half year and nothing has been diagnosed i have been to different A&e with complaints like feeling of rib broken or stomach and abdominal pain and have jist been dismissed and sent home with vitals being 180/120 bp and 141 heart rate my heart rate has continuously been 120 or above for past 1 year i cant sit down , loe down or do anything without excrutiating pain unable to pass gas or stool and pain while urinating and doctors says wverything seems fine I really ask for help im just 45 and i sleep everynight wondering if il wake up tomorrow my trachea seems to have fallen down and skin getting thinner with lost of black fibres coming from my feet

    If you have really been diagnosed with bilateral hernias and diastasis rectii, I would think they need sorting first. Maybe the hernias are only slight ? They can cause a lot of the symptoms you are describing. Have you been referred by your doctor for physiotherapy for the diastasis?

    Im assuming you are male? You sound like a very anxious person as well which could be causing the raised BP and heart rate.

    Have you shown your doctor the black fibres on your feet?
