Looks like a foot fungus - can someone tell me what it is?

I’ve had this for about 3/4 years now. It gets better and worse in cycles, never fully goes away. My right foot is clear, this is my left foot. I also have a slight pain in the soul of my left foot that seems to be related to a misplacement in my knee. The fungus will itch terribly at times, specifically in the area between the pinky toe. I tend to sweat a fair amount in the area of my feet considering my job.

    Sounds like a fungus needs anti fungal meds a cream over the counter available at drug stores for athletes foot. Regular application after a few days will clear it right up.
