Looks like cuts on the head of my penis

HI ! I'm 28 .I've been having this for about 4 months now already and it happened about a month after I had sex with a girl that has herpes and the condom broke during intercourse. So what happened is after a month i was at work very hot day working my ass off and my glans became red and itchy for about 8 hours till I took a shower and then my glans slowly went back to normal. When i got back home I masturbated before and after night. When I did ejaculate next morning my glans was so irritated that it bled from the pores of the skin. I know i shouldn't have masturbated after i was already really irritated but i just had too much sex drive that week 😕. So the question is ! Does it look like hpv?! imageimageimage

Suffering the same issues and around the same age buddy. Not sure what to tell you, I'm having no luck treating mine

Sorry, should mention even down to the bleeding from the pores following a rough session. Think this was the start of my problem

Yeah that's the same for me I feel like I had some kind of candida or baliantis and the fact that I did a rough session when I was already irritated made it way worst.. But I gotta say that having sex with a girl that has herpes really got me worried about if it could be that ... I need to see a doctor for sure but I'm actually working 80hrs per weeks and there´s no center near my place so i´m seeking for answer as it is a terribly deadly stressfull thing to deal with. I got a tendency of thinking about the worst case scenario... Like the next woman I truly love and desire will never want me if I have herpes ... Stuff like that 😕

At my worst I even get dark thoughts ...

Feel you with the dark thoughts man, except I'm worried this is something like cancer...

If it puts you at ease, I've only ever had one sexual partner (same one as currently) she doesn't have herpes but i have this so maybe thay helps you rule that out.

When you get chance to speak with a doctor let me know what they say. Mines usual and literally said moisturize it....

I have had the creases for years. although no itching burning or bleeding. not sure , maybe unrelated? or maybe its thin creased skin and irritated during sex . so many conflicting advice, mositurize, dont , keep foreskin back and aired out, or covered. use creams, dont, they dry out. I think a case of really ya need to try all ya can to speak to doctor or join the online doctor stuff where you pay a fee and can send pictures and have a doctor evaluate it ,until you can get to a doctor's office

      Hey buddy,

      Any news/updates?

I went back to the Dr, he did a swab test on the area cause I've not had one of those. Came back clear so he's referring me to a dermatologist. In the meantime, I'm just applying some E45 twice a day and cutting back on masturbation/sex. Well, neither at all for about a week now. This is not a long term solution.

I see a lot of reports of people with these issues, and appearing (but we dont know 100% obviously), to be caused by bacterial , or candidal balanitis , and these people get good results with "dermol 500" lotion

Hello, rather than respond in detail - as there are a number of other people who have made comments, and who may also be suffering from similar issues - I will simply state the essentials:

For STD / STI issues, or suspected issues caused during sexually activity one of the major Sexual Health Centers is the best to deal with these. Most such centers are Walk-In facilities, in the UK there are also GUM Clinics based at local general Hospitals. If you have been to such a center and the issue persists go back and politely assert that you have had these issues for sometime and you would like them sorting out as soon as possible.

For skin issues that have been in place for some time the best medical specialist to deal with this would be a Dermatologist the specialises in Genital Skin Disorders ....

For anyone that wishes to get back to me I would suggest you start a new Forum Post, I do not respond to Messaging .....
