Looks like yeast but white bumps concern neme

ill start off saying thanks in advance. So I have been in a long time relationship with one guy (5 years). i have gotten yeast infections before and just think of them as an annoying part of life. I noticed this evening that i was having yeast like symptoms this evening after having intercourse this morning. I had my partner go down and take a look and pictures (always for vaginal health notes) and the first thing he points out are the white dots/bumps. Now I am a bit concerned. They were itchy before I washed them to get better pics. They currently are sensitive to touch (with gloves). I emailed my doctor who usually proscribes me fluconazole but she probably wont respond until Monday (its a Friday). In the meanwhile will you ladies or men help weighing in? I'm actually kind of nervous now.
