Yes, unfortunately the premiums are only paid with a daily living award. If you do decide to ask for the MR then you haave 1 month from the date of the decision to ask for this. A copy of the assessment reportt is always useful when asking for the MR.. This way you can go through that report, listing everything is disagree with. As you said, you do risk losing everything you already, even though 80% of mr decisions do remain the same. The likelyhood of having to take it to Tribunalis very high, if you decided to take this route.

Mom doesn't get pip at all she gets ESA (employment and support allowance) so you get pip then?

Sarah, Ross is talking about the severe disability premium. This is a premium paid when someone claims PIP, lives alone and claims a qualifying Income related benefit. Your mum doesn't claim PIP so she doesn't qualify for this extra premium.

I understand ross. It must be very stressful going through all of that. Just to remind you though ross, never give up and always fight for what you're entitled to.

Thanks for the kind words also.

Ok got it so what does is talking about does not apply to my mom as she doesn't claim pip?

I meant what ross is talking about not does is talking about, I hate auto correct

That's right it doesn't. She'll continue to get the money she gets as long as she remains in the Support Group
