Loosening of thr after ten years

I have had a burning sensation upon sitting on my right buttock for 12 months and recently had an xray which shows a loosening of the replacement . I was hoping it would have lasted longer than 10 years ,i had it done when i was 50 and the other one 18 months later.

Has anyone had any experience with this and does it always mean having another op. im waiting for an appointment to see the specialist.
