Loosing all hope, sertraline for intrusive thoughts?

Been on citalopram 10mg for 8 weeks for anxiety and awful intrusive thoughts, due to bad withdrawal symptoms from zopiclone. It's not helping at all actually feeling lot worse the last week and making my hair fall out as well. Loosing hope of ever having normal life again after 9 months withdrawal hell, has anyone found much success with sertraline as also recommended for intrusive thoughts?

    you are on a pretty low dose of citalopram the theraputic dose is 20mg. have a word with your doctor about increasing as 8 weeks is long enough before increasing x
