Loosing Lots of Hair On Nexplanon and Topamax

I have noticed I have been loosing massive amounts of hair in the last couple months. Back in November I had the Nexplanon placed for birth control and started Topamax in October for intense headaches at 50mg. i also take Zoloft 50mg but I have taken that for years and have never noticed anything with my hair. My hair is shedding like crazy and it's thinning out super fast. Do you think it's both my new medicines? Are their any recommendations for birth controls and migraine medicine that don't cause hair loss?

    Its the Topamax for sure. It was the only thing I was on and i started to get alopecia spots 3 months after taking it. I was taking 100mg per day. It causes hair loss in a small percentage of people but it is definitely that.
