Lorazapam/atvian withdrawals help

hello! a few weeks ago i had major insomnia which caused loads health problems, like high bp heart palpitations and anxiety and panic attacks. my doctor prescribed me lorazapam to help me sleep and get rid of the anxiety. it worked like a charm but he told me to get off it as it can create an addiction. so i took it at 1mg for 2 weeks and as of right now im suffering from the withdrawls. my symptoms are major headaches, massively increased anxiety and night terrors. i have been trying to get myself off of it for the past 5 days but i had to cave in twice as the anxiety got really bad on 2 of the nights. as of right now im 1 night without taking it but my question is does anyone have any experience or advice they can share to help me? and also does anyone have any tricks to stop this crippling headache i cant function well at all with it. thanks for your help in advance!
