Can you please completely spell out all the things you've tried? I don't understand what you are writing. Here's the people you need to see: Start with an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist, they may refer you to a neurologist and / or a vestibular specialist. Go to both. The vestibular therapist was able to do tests and diagnose just what my problem is, a 56% balance loss on the left side due to a virus. She gave me specific vestibular exercises to do several times a day. She told me which medications I'm taking that are causing my brain not to compensate, and which I need to stop taking after discussing it with the prescribing physician.  There are so many reasons for dizziness. It took me over a year and a half to find the vestibular specialist that diagnosed me.

OK, firstly no, you are not the only one with this awful, but hopefully, short term illness. Please us know how long you have had this and did it start with the usual vomitting session? All will be well so please don't despair, Jon lol

No, you are not alone, as you'll see from this site.. I think it is very hard to describe the symptoms, but you sound a bit like me. After seeing a cardiologist and ENT which ruled out heart or ears as the problem a neurologist thought it was migraine associated vertigo, so you must make sure you get to see all the relevant specialists. Good luck

You can looking into Vertical Hetrophoria which is an eye condition. Are things better if you close one eye? Other things to look into are your SCM Muscle in your neck. When it is out of wack it can mess you up. Did you have a blood test? Look for your Vitiamin D, B12, Iron, and Magnesium levels, they can make you feel this way when they are really low. Have you been to a chiropractor? If there is a spiner issue that can be the problem. There is a forum called dizzy times, look it up, it's a forum for people like us.

Are your doctors trying to help you get some sleep? Have you gone to a psychiatrist? Gone to Cognitive Behavior Therapy. There are a bazillion reasons for not sleeping well. Lorazepam, 1 mg., works great for me when all else failed, but in the best situations it is not to be used long term. It's important that you get good sleep. Try pursuing this avenue and once you get good sleep you will see if the other symptoms, dizziness, etc., go away on their own. Some physician needs to take charge of your health and feel responsible for it.

i presume you have been trying the excersises to try and relive the syptoms?

Are you sure they are not caused by anxiety? try sitting in a chair and looking upwards over your shoulder, if the dizziness is not there then maybe anxiety.

Just a thought, because i had that for years then went to see a hypnotheripist which stopped it. Unfortunatley i do now have vertigo smile just wont stop like your self.
