Here is the back story (which I am extremely disappointed about as I know all my stupid decisions make this entirely my fault):
I have been dating a new guy for about 5 weeks. Around the start of week 2, we had unprotected sex and have continued to do so ever since (I know, I know... stupid). I am not sleeping with anyone else, and neither is he. Yes, I know that there is no way for me to really know that for sure but, for what it's worth, I trust him and believe wholeheartedly that he is not sleeping with anyone else.
Anyway, about 2 weeks ago I had yeast infection symptoms (white discharge, itchy, etc.) I did not treat it (stupid again) ... because the symptoms seemed to subside on their own.
Fast forward to the past few days. I was waiting for my period to come and I wouldn't say I had flu-like symptoms, but I did have some post-nasal drip. On Friday, me and my guy went out, came home, and had sex (it was pretty rough sex that night). On Saturday, we woke up... had sex again, and went on about our lives.
Sunday things start getting weird. I woke up and had to run an errand so I threw on some very tight jeans with no underwear (once again... another stupid choice on my part). When I got home, I had plans with friends so I put on underwear but had on very tight tights. The whole time I was out I could feel my vagina sweating profusely. Sunday night before bed.... I noticed all these bumps! Mostly on my buttocks, but there were also a few on my vagina lips, and 3 at the top of my pubic area. None of the bumps hurt, per se... but were tender to the touch. Here is a photo of the bumps around my buttocks on Sunday night:
At first, I thought it must've been razor burn... but I was a little worried because I've never gotten razor bumps in that area before, and so many at that. Plus they are never that big. So, I start doing some research and everything just goes completely downhill from there and I become an absolute wreck with worry. I started to read about certain genital herpes symptoms that seemed to be happening to me... like... swollen lymph nodes in the genital region and... not really a pain but kind of like an on and off buzzing feeling in my legs and ankles, mostly at night..... slight burning when I pee..... period triggering the outbreak..... At this point... from the early hours of the morning until this very moment where I'm breaking down and writing this post, I have done absolutely nothing but stress about this. All I can do is research, research, research, and I'm losing my mind. I haven't been eating normally, haven't been sleeping. Just researching and freaking myself completely out.
On Monday morning around 4:30 AM the bumps at the top of my pubic area were clearly blisters. No pain with with these or even tenderness (see below):
Here is another pic I took Monday around 4:30 AM of the other bumps. Still no pain, but tender to the touch:
When I took a shower on Monday the 3 bumps at the top of the pubic area broke and look really ulcer like which I worrying me like crazy. However, still no pain or burning... they are kind of just there. Photo Monday at 9:30 PM:
By the end of Monday, the bumps around my buttocks had kind of flattened out and I could see that most if not all of them had a little hair sticking out of the middle.... this is when I started to get a little small ray of hope that maybe.... just MAYBE... it is Folliculitis and not herpes. Then I made my final stupid mistake that I will talk about on this post... I put tea tree oil on all the bumps but did not use a carrier oil/agent to dilute it as I later found out while obsessively researching that I should have.
Now here we are.... Tuesday... and I've hit rock bottom with worry. However, since my period has stopped... I've noticed that same white discharge from 2 weeks ago, with some similar, yeast infection like itching. This has me thinking that MAYBE the yeast infection is recurring and causing yeast infection sores/blisters.... which is apparently a thing as I've read. The 3 bumps at the top of my pubic area are what are worrying me most because, to me, like look crater and ulcer-ish like herpes. But they still don't hurt at all, aren't tender... they are just there, seemingly healing. I've seen that Folliculitis and yeast infection sores can be blisters as well.... which is giving me a little bit of hope still... I also read that those types of infections, as well as UTIs can cause the leg pain and the swollen lymph nodes also.
To be honest... I'm really hoping and praying that the rough sex, jeans with no panties, sweating vagina in suffocating tights... irritated my hair follicles and gave me folliculitis + a recurring yeast infection with sores/blisters. That sounds awful, but I'd take that over herpes 😦 None of the blisters around the buttocks have turned into painful ulcers... it still burns a touch when I pee, but in a yeast infection type of way (in other words, it is bearable and reminds me of how it feels when I pee during a yeast infection). I hope someone on here gives me hope.... I am so, so sad and so disappointed in myself.... but I also want you guys to just tell me like it is if it is obvious. Part of me feels like I'm in denial and coming up with all these alternatives to run away from the obvious truth, but I hope not.
Anyway, here are the rest of the photos I've taken today. The bumps around my buttocks are more red now, but I'm wondering if that's from using tea tree oil with no carrier oil? I dont know. Also, in these pictures you can see the discharge leading me to believe perhaps a recurring yeast infection and yeast infection blisters/sores/folliculitis. The soonest doctors appt I could get is January 3rd....
My last question is it possible to spread this stuff to other places of my body?? I all of a sudden have a red bump on my neck (see below) and now I'm freaking out about that too 😦 Maybe I'm giving myself a stress rash. I just dont know anymore 😦 I'm losing it.

@kim16265 thanks for your reply. I am praying you are right. I have a doctors appt on Friday. I started putting anti fungal cream on the bumps last night and they seem to be getting a little better... so hopefully it is folliculitis and not herpes.

looks like folliculitis.
you can see tiny hairs in the bumps! avoid shaving and wearing tight clothes or underwear.
also exfoliate so the hairs can come out.
if you are concerned about any std get tested. most are hard to diagnose visually and alot dont have symptoms!

@xDx91xPi thanks for the reply. I really hope you are right. I am going to the doctor Friday. Put anti fungal cream on the bumps and they seem to be improving a little. We shall see.

they do kinda look like molluscum contagiosum... they are pearly looking with a crater/hole in the center.

well everyone things are looking bad for me. one of the bumps burst i guess and is now a sore which is very herpes like behavior. also there is blood in my urine which makes me feel like i may have bleeding sores in my urethra. im devastated but im pretty sure this is herpes at this point. unless I also have a UTI which is causing the blood in my urine but i feel like thats just too much of a coincidence. this really, really sucks. 😢

herpes (but also other things) could also cause folliculitis.. on me herpes looks like that. and also causes peeing blood sometimes
id to:
get these swapped
take valacyclovir and see if it helps
do bloodtest now and after 5 months

How did you go? Did you see a Dr? As mentioned by Kim, some do look like molluscum.
