I have health anxiety and can not feel any pain or ache without thinking it could be a catastrophic disease. I am on week 6 of 50mg Sertraline. Is anyone losing weight since starting the medication?

It can be a side effect, I myself have it the other way and have seen a significant weight gain since starting, but just keeping them going in the hope it balances itself out

That's what I thought was going to happen but I've already lost about 7 lbs
