No, but i was putting on some weight ,missed some periods and blood tests show I'm low in iron again, and my thyroid isnt quite up to par .

Have you had your iron levels checked Edith ?

      hi again 😃

i checked my iron out as i was having brain fog and feeling lethargic, getting a metalic taste in my mouth ,the dr put me on iron tablets (i have to remember not to take them close to drinking tea ) I tried three months on iron tablets, then three months off to see if my body maintained the right iron level, which it didn't.Eventually i was sent for a colonoscopy as im 51,but all was fine there. So i am back on the iron and expect to feel a lot brighter soon.
