Lost after almost 18 months of symptoms and test

I'm a 59yr old male, Ive been suffering from insomnia, muscle spasms in legs, slow movements in hands and walking, difficulty breathing, anxiety severe weight loss, followed by extreme weight gain, muscle stiffness, tremendous fatigue ,trembling and shaking of hands upon exertion, and constipation. I have had every test imaginable, MRI, C.T. Scan, 2 EMG ( both only revealing mild carpal tunnel, no ALS) I was given Reglan for sleep and weight loss, which helped with weight gain, (but the nightmares are unbearable). Bottom line. after having MS, ALS, Shy-Drager, Mystia Gravis ruled out, perhaps it's Parkinson's disease? I8 mos, three neurologist, two GPs , Im lost and miserable.
