Lost but hopeful!

March 2021 results show CRP of 26 mg/L and ESR of 27 mm/hr. Treated for h-pylori in January 2021 and CRP was 14. Had CT scan and ultrasound November because of raised liver enzymes which r now resolved. Diagnosed with hepatic steatosis (fatty liver) and Gilbert's Syndrome.

Since July 2020 I've lost 24 lbs of unexplained weight (was 189 lbs), had 2 UTI's (I'm male 33 yrs old). Have had upper back pain for last 2 months and docs blame it on stress, fatigue. Eat a healthy diet, daily exercise, BMI of 23. Tests for alpha 1, celiac, smooth muscle, liver-kidney, antimitochondrial, Addison's disease, ANA all NEGATIVE.

Any suggestions on where to turn to next would be appreciated.
