Lost Erection

Hello, I've had ED since few months ago, happened when I was healthy, lost morning erections too, now when I hardly achieve one, the penis is smaller and thinner due to weaker erection which falls off quickly. I am 19 what could this be?

sounds potentially hormonal, are you messing with any supplements or steroids? it could blood sugar related , could be many things , if you are masturbating a lot try cutting down massively on that (could be a de-sensitizing issue) ,could be a stress or psychological factor , doing drugs /too much alcohol , weight issue etc etc but defo go speak to a doctor good luck

Let me ask, Can psychological factor affect my morning erection as well? I feel like my glans is soft while erected suddenly. I don't do any drugs. I drink mostly water and eat very little foods with a lot of sugar, take no steroids, I am not overweight. It is true that I used to masturbate almost every single day.

it can be complex I mean the morning erection thing is more biological (i think from pressure on prostate if i remember from medical stuff ), but it is not a "turned on" erection so is not always a 100% . being properly turned on is a very mental thing , so sometimes jerking off is not going to have the same effect as full mind and body turned on from real life situation . do you do a lot of cycling ? it really could be anything , but a huge issue with a man is that if any issue crops up like this, can be totally innocent one off /brain not turned on/x y z reason etc etc, and then the cycle of performance anxiety comes
try not to worry about it too much , be very healthy , try not masturbating for 2 weeks ,and mean time lift some weights , this should boost your hormones and testo and you should feel a difference ,quite noticeably .
if after doing this you feel no different go see a doctor they can at least rule out any obvious physical causes probably do blood tests for hormone status and take blood pressure and blood sugar etc etc

did you masturbate or watch porn?
if no, make blood test (testosterone and prolactin)
for your age I don't think the problem is physically it's only in your mind, then try to order your sleep, make physic activities and stop watching porn and masturbating. you will thanks me in a month 👍
