Just went to the doctor yesterday for a routine biopsy to make sure my pre-cancer wasn't back and had to explain that I've been extremely irritated for several days but that it didn't get painful until 2 days before appt. It turns out that I have a severe yeast infection as well as suspected genital herpes! He rushes the results because the outbreak appears so severe so I should have the results by tomorrow afternoon. I am absolutely mortified as my fiancé attended that appointment with me...there is no doubt in my mind that it's herpes after everything I've read on here this evening. I can't pee without excruciating pain from the urine hitting the sores, I can't stand to get up and down and even bathwater sends me through the roof.....any suggestions are welcome

They just got the results back this morning and it was positive for herpes. 😢 They are calling in the medicine as well as a cream for the pain and burning....just waiting on the pharmacy to fill it so I can pick it up

Well....negative on the cream. Insurance won't pay for it and the cash price is $800!! Hopefully the oral meds will start working on getting me some relief in the next day or so...this is the worst pain I've ever felt in my life! I would not wish this on my worst enemy!!
