Lost the ability to sneeze for 8 days. Scared 😨

Can anyone help please?

I've lost the ability to sneeze for the last 8 days and it's freaking me out badly I'm really anxious as I have health anxiety so this has taken over my life.

I'm convinced it's a brain tumour or something serious blocking the ability to sneeze.

I've tried the common tricks that make you sneeze but nothing.

the gp says its nothing to worry about but my anxious mind isn't accepting that answer.

can anyone relate to any of this please?
