Lostarton and dizziness when standing and lying down

Hi, my doctor took me off a diuretic and put me on ramipril for my bp. The side effects were bad so he switched me to losartan. Again I had bad side effects, extreme tiredness, dizziness, headaches and much more. He has now switched me back to a diuretic again. This has all been within a space of two/three months, no weaning off anything, straight switch. I think I am getting withdrawal effects off everything but I am worried about my dizziness on getting up from lying down. My bp is actually higher standing and I thought it should be lower but doctor is not concerned because both readings are within normal range. I'm hoping this will correct itself once the losartan has left my system. Can anyone relate please, the dizziness is scary. Thanks.
