Lots of burping, gas, and Loose stool.

I’ve recently been having anxiety. I’ve been burping every single day, my stomach makes weird noses. Sometimes I feel bloated. I’m not really sure what’s going on, I’ve never really had any problems with my stomach. I’m not sure if it’s the anxiety or not that’s causing all this. I feel like I have lots of air in my stomach. I’m not sure how to get it out. I feel nauseous lots of the time. I’ve dry heaved a lot and burps just come out but I haven’t thrown anything up. Please help

Take a trip to Dr to discuss. Your symptoms do seem very very typical of Anxiety and Stress....Symptoms I suffered from for over a year and after tests was diagnosedwith stress related IBS

Hi. I have been exactly the same. I suffer with Anxiety and IBS. My IBS is always bad when I'm anxious and vice versa. The last 3 days I felt sick as if My food was sitting in my chest area. I've had a bad stomach and it's been bloated and felt bubbly. Stitch pain too. Go see yoyr dr. I take colofac which really helps. I have run out and had buscopan which I don't think is a s good. If you are anything like me when you stomach is like this you become anxious and then that makes you stomach worse which increases your anxiety.
