Hi, im 35 and ive always had a few moles on my body bust for some reason lately they have been appearing all over my arms and torso. New ones every other day. I now have hundreds and its starting to worry me and im completely embarrassed by the appearance.
This cant be normal. What can i do?

You look quite fair skinned. Have you been out in the sun a lot this year? Especially with no sun protection cream? They often appear after exposure to a lot of sun, but not necessarily immediately. as you are fair skinned you may have a predisposition to a lot of moles. Theres not much you can do about that as its genetic...you were born with it, but please make sure you cover up in the sun or use lots of SPF 50. That will help .
Now you have the moles do keep an eye on them for any changes. Itching,crusting,bleeding, getting blacker or spreading. Thats just to be watchful as anyone with moles will tell you.
As to how to get rid of them, thats a problem as they have to be removed individually and it would cost a lot and is not really feasible. You cant prevent them, there is no magic medicine, but a high SPF will certainly help.
If they are really bothering and worrying you, see a dermatologist or if you are in UK have a chat with your GP for some reassurance.
