Lots of small problems including skin discoloration and rapid heart beat.

I'm not sure what category to put this under since it's mainly about the skin discoloration and heart problems, so hopefully this is the right spot.
I've had a lot of weird problems going on for a while but I won't go into everything since I posted about that here: https://patient.info/forums/discuss/dizziness-brain-fog-memory-and-other-symptoms--713617. I'm making this post because some of my symptoms have been different recently and have been very concerning to me, including something really weird that happened at work last weekend.
So since I made my original post, I've had the blue discoloration in my my hands (primarily in the veins) that has gotten a little worse. My hands have also started turning red at times. It was mostly when I sat down for long periods of time and would stand up. Now it's almost always a darker red color, and sometimes it gets bad enough that it is comparable to the color of a tomato. When the redness first started, sometimes getting up and moving around and exercising a bit would help, but now that doesn't seem to help anymore. The redness has gotten worse and has also appeared in my feet and a little bit in my arms sometimes. It does seem to get better if I raise my hands up, especially above my head. So i'm wondering if it's more of a circulation issue than a lack of oxygen or something? My feet and hands also seem to be really cold most of the time, and sometimes my whole body feels cold when it shouldn't.
I also had something new happen over the weekend, and it was very concerning to me. While I was at work, I was doing my job as usual. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary, nothing that should have put any strain on my body, but I suddenly felt my heart beating weird. I had just turned around in my chair a little bit when I felt it, so I didn't think much about it at first. It wouldn't go away though, so I tried to feel my heart beat to see what it was doing and it was beating very very quickly. When I timed my heart rate, it was beating about 180+ beats a minute. I went to the EMT at the place I work, and my pulse had only dropped about 10 beats and my blood pressure was up to 163/107. I was also shaking uncontrollably but I imagine that was out of fear. My blood pressure is usually no higher than 132/84, and my pulse is usually between 60-75. I'm not sure what caused this sudden increase in heart rate/blood pressure but after about an hour or two it returned to a normal range. It took about 6 or 7 hours for my pulse to drop completely back to normal.
This is very concerning for me. I still haven't felt well recently, and this happening on top of everything else is very concerning to me. I have an echo cardiogram scheduled next week, so maybe we can rule out heart problems. I'm hoping maybe somebody could give me some ideas on what could cause these issues.
