Hi everyone, i wasnt sure where to go with this and which forum to post it to as i have not been properly diagnosed with anything but i need some advice and help. I will start with the symptoms i am having and how long they have gone on for. I suppose the first and biggest part is constant and on going fatigue which i have had for around five years. All i ever want to do is sleep, im always yawning and have heavy tired eyes no matter how long i sleep whether its eight hours on a weeknight or nine hours a night at the weekend. I also have headaches often, i used to have migraines weekly although this has stopped and ill have one about every two months but my head still gets sore on a weekly basis. The other big symptom i have is bowel problems. I have been tested for coeliac disease and nothing, they thought ibs but no medication works, i tried cutting out dairy and lactose incase it was that but i still get painful cramps, gas, bloated, excessive and frequent loose stools and sometimes when its bad my stomach cramps make noises to the point other people can hear it like a churning rumble sound. Ive had all these symptoms for years and doctors have done blood tests but theyve never found anything and send me away again, starting to think all of these signs are linked but does anyone have any idea on what the cause may be or any advice? im a 20 year old female and its impacting my daily life. Thank you all!

Have you had a camera?
Are you in UK, do you suffer with anxiety disorders
Hope you don't mind me asking but is your weight OK

If I was you I would visit your local chemist and ask for something for IBS and get some dietary advice regarding food that will help you to control your bowels, you are maybe a tad overweight and the reason I asked is maybe your eating more rubbish than your body can cope with but your not massively overweight.
You could definitely be suffering with anxiety as well and that could easily be a cause of your symptoms

thats more than a tad over weight carrying an extra 3 stone will not help and only being 20 is not good ..i would start eating healthier and less i was overweight and having similar problems dropped a couple of stone and the ibs symptoms have gone and have lots more energy and have fewer head aches.

I'm sure that when you were overweight you loved it when people told you so in such an abrupt manner, well done you for losing it so easily and for coming on here and telling others to get on and do it.
It's not always easy to live healthier and lose weight fast as you probably know so think on the next time you offer advice to others.

YES being told in an abrupt manner was the only thing that made me act ... i said nothing about losing weight fast! just cutting out 200 calories a day can make a huge difference over a year ..she has her whole life ahead of her acting now may make a massive difference on her life ...ive obviously hit a nerve

No I have thankfully never had the problem of being overweight in fact exactly the opposite, but I found peoples comments,, like do you have cancer etc,,, could be sole destroying.
A wrong word can be very upsetting to some and they can struggle to deal with it.
