lots of tests still no actual diagnoses confused worried

hiya long story so since last October i have had lots of symptoms ie chest and throat infections ear and neck pain on left side breathlessness on and off low grade fevers weeing alot burning face feeling dizzy my go said my left tonsil is distended ENT did the camera up my nose and said my throat n voicebox was chronicly inflamed and had some inflamation up my nose my red cell count is slightly high and my white cell count has been high for over a year ranging from 14.7 to 17.6 at the mo its 15.3 heamotolagist did tests and said i have reactive leukocytosis which means high wbc i think anyway I am still feeling rubbish and on antibiotics n steriods alot last blood tests took last week showed my glucose levels were low and my se cea lv levels were high and need repeating in 4 weeks along with serum gamma gt test was just wondering if anyone new what them two tests are for and why they could be high thankyou
