      It went out of the window many years ago, and now all we have got are screamers, shouters, big-headed toffee-nosed adolescents who think they can sing - when most of them can't.

      It's not the only thing that went out of the window - respect, trust, honesty, integrity, kindness, socialabilty, conscientiousness and affibility all joined the to march towards Valhalla.
