can even just s slight b12 reading cause symptoms?
since i had ny baby 4 months ago mines been low but only slightly low.
have you suffered what are your symptoms

Weakness, tiredness, pale skin, constipation, diarrhea, numbness and loss of vision are some of the common symptoms when B12 is low. You should talk to your doctor and take some medicines, or supplements or eat food that have more B12.

I think its normal to have a baby and loose blood and become deficient in some way or form. Its also natural for the levels of the health system in every and any area of the body to go up and down. Keep a lookout and make sure you check yourself weekly.
