Low blood PH (acidosis) presented as plantar fasciitis

Posted , 2 users are following.

For about 6 weeks I have been suffering with an ever worsening case of plantar fasciitis.  My ankles were also sore and it was moving up my legs.  I could barely walk.  I thought I would be on disability and in a wheelchair any day.  It was that bad.  I then went on a high ph diet and have regained my health in just 2 days.  The pain starts and stops as I regain a normal ph level.  Who knew!

    Caroline ,

I have had planterfaciatis. It is very painful. It took a long time to get it sorted out. Heel spurs, fallen arches fatty pads on the bottom of my feet worn out. It felt out like I was walking in the sole side of golf shoes of every step.

i have often wondered about PH diet. I have heard of alkaline drinking water. How long did u stay on the PH diet until u felt results?

What high PH diet did u try?

    thanks

I have been getting better every day while on a high ph diet.  I wasn't able to walk and 2 days later I am walking with some pain and the pain is decreasing every day.  I didn't have any damage to the fascia on my feet.  The pain was radiating upwards every day from my feet up my legs.  It was excruciating.  My feet would curl under with every step.  It even hurt sitting on the sofa.  My doctor advises me that it may take 6 months for this to be completely cleared up and I can ease up on the diet.  I would suggest you seek the advice of a homeopathic or naturopathic physician who can better assess all your individual needs.
