I feel cold all the time. have tingling in my feet, and hands..feel lightheaded when i'm standing for any length of time..blurry vision, and singing in my ears..I have put all this down to Anxiety, but recently my blood pressure readings are on the low side..like 112 over 67..the lowest was 90 over 60..it only goes high when I have a panic attack...and slow breathing takes it down again...Dr just said to drink plenty of water...last night my left hand just went to sleep, had to keep moving it for ages..does anyone think my symptoms could be blood pressure related..or am I overreacting..I have very little energy, and have to keep moving my feet to keep them awake..Any advice please. xxx

Your blood pressure seems very low, this can be caused by medication. Are you taking Statins and associate medications that are dependent on age.
My blood pressure is now normally around 128/83 and with me being a pensioner medications are given to keep the reading at a lower limit.
The fact you Blood Pressure is low could cause tingling in fingers and toes, in fact I suffer from this problem although it could be caused by my chronic condition.
Your Doctor is trying to get you to increase your fluid intake that would hopefully increase your blood pressure. If you are feeling tired an listless talk to your GP again.
Remember I am not a Doctor, only your GP can advise on medical tests and concerns

My daughter suffered from anxiety most of her childhood, until serious medical issues and she was diagnosed with dysautonomia (for erratic resting heart rate). Pediatric cardiologist put her on a beta blocker to stabilize her heart, and *poof* her anxiety disappeared! She was able to completely get off a SSRI she was taking for anxiety. She started getting anxiety again as other medical problems continued, but when she took antihistamines, again *poof* the anxiety disappeared. I am firmly convinced now that anxiety is how the body tries to communicate with the mind when there are medical problems with the autonomic nervous system or another part of the body (not necessarily serious but still a problem). Anxiety is not "just in your head". We discovered she has Celiac Disease, which can really mess with the body in subtle ways.
