Low chance of Pregnancy and Probably overthinking but...

my partner and i (both 16) were dry humping w/o clothes n he didnt cum on or anywhere near my vagina (after humping he jacked himself off)but ive been reading where a man can produce pre cum which could result in pregnancy. (this happened march 9th n ive had two regulary scheduled periods since then just like i always do no changes but ive read where women have still gotten their peeiods or period like bleeding around the expected period n they were pregnant) im rly anxious so any help?
