Low dose sertraline side effects.

I have taken only 12.5 mg a day of sertraline for 4 days and since I have been waking up with bad diarrhea, and felt very nauseous most of the day with no appetite. It seems like i'm more jittery and had more panic attacks since then. I started the medicine from having bad anxiety about maybe having serious gallbladder problems and I know some symptoms can be nausea and loss of appetite. I just want to know if its likely the sertraline even though its a low dose because i'm miserable.

    Hi edward yes it most probably is, these are very common side effects for this kind of medication and they will pass
