My ferritin level is 20. Is this low enough for an infusion? I had one before after diverticulitis surgery( bowel resection). My ferritin levels were low then but not sure how low. I feel the same symptoms i had then. Leg pain/ tingling, headache, fatigue etc.

normal rage for a woman is 10/30 so u are in between the normal range and not considered low my level is 13 and is normal
