Yes Amy, i think foot pain is a symptom. I had low ferritin, but it was my legs that were sore, but i'm sure foot pain is issue too.

    Hi There,

I've got low iron but my b12 is normal and my first symptoms were pains in my feet in the soles. Now I've got pains in my legs, arms, hands and still in my feet! I'm cold all the time, my tongue feels weird after eating. I'm shattered no matter how much sleep I get, and my eyes feel weird and tired. I'm so fed up.

I'm on iron supplements but its only been a few days. Sigh

Did it get better for you?

hi rachel i have low iron and a very strange feeling on my tongue all the time. what sort of issue are you having with your tongue after eating? is it like you have a hair on your tongue or something on it?

      Hi,

After 3 weeks of iron tablets my tongue feels a lot better. Before it would feel like swollen and sore. And yes almost like having hair on it.

I'm just frustrated because my feet are still in pain 😦
