i had a blood test end of last year and was told my folate levels was low doctor prescribed me 5mg of folic acid for 4 months ive been on them 3 months and got a blood test end of march to see if theyve helped however im still constantly tired, no energy, irritable, dizzy and light headed anyone experienced this?
