I have not had that as of yet. I have noticed my temp will be high when I've had a busy day at work or not slept well the night before. I also get achy all over with it. hang in there, it has to get better.

Hi there, I find sometimes after ovulation leading up to my period there have been times where I felt chilled and when I took my temp it was low grade. That is an indication that there is inflammation or infection somewhere in the body. When we ovulate and leading up before our period there is inflammation so I am not sure if this is why this happens.I have only had this happen a few times but it gets me freaked out a bit when it does as I wonder if there is some weird infection that I am not aware of.Beverly you mentioned inflammation in your nipple, have you had a doctor look at this to make sure it is not something going on?

hi beverly. i had this happen to me a few times. It sent my health anxiety through the roof! its been quite a while since it happened now. the only thing i could connect it to was possibly my gallbladder because i was having issues with it off and on during this time as well. The other thing i noticed, which made no sense at all was that it would happen every time we went out of town.!?? i was so confused and doc no help either.
