Low grade fever and lymphocytosis - pls help a girl out

Hi everyone!!

I'm new to this forum. I'm a 22 year old female student. I got mono on 28th December 2021 (high fever, swollen lymph nodes, sore throat, severe insomnia). After 2 weeks, my symptoms got better and fever went down (now between 37-37,6 C). I have had this slightly elevated temperature for 5 weeks now, together with swollen lymph nodes and sore throat and mild insomnia. Did any of you have a similar mono-experience? My white blood cells are also still at 65% lymphocytes and 28% neutrophils. Is that normal at this point (7 weeks after onset of symptoms)? I'm worried that I might have chronic active EBV...

Take care everyone!
