Low Heart Rate while lying down

Hi everyone Ive just noticed that my heart rate goes into the 50s while lying down. Im 44 weight about 130lbs female. is this normal? I am not an athlete normal resting heart rate is usually between low to mid 60s sometimes a bit higher. Any replies would be greatly appreciated

    Your weight is great, your age is prone to discussion. Your older this means that it depends on your exercise ethics whether you succeed in your heart health. That being said its completely normal to have a lower heart rate while sleeping, resting or lying down.
