Low hemoglobin and lab draws

My hemoglobin has been trending downward for a while. It's 8.5. This is due to Crohns disease/ short bowel syndrome/renal failure. (It's happened many times in the past & I have had multiple transfusions over the years). I had dialysis 2day and left feeling fine. After that I had a lab appt and they took 6 vials of blood to check my liver function (they took 3 but something happened to them so they took 3 more). When I got home I felt light headed, dizzy, and was seeing spots. I laid down with my feet up on 2 pillows and started feeling better. Do you think it was the lab draw or dialysis or both? Would 6 tubes cause this if I was low hemoglobin to begin with?
