Low Immune System?

Hi everyone.

Does anyone else suffer from a low immune system? I always have catching every cold going. (Not good when you work with children, the elderly & in air con offices!!)

How ever I’ve started drinking my Aloe Vera Gel for over a month now & not caught one cold yet. If I find that I’m feeling a little sniffly I’ve upped how much I take.

I’m finding this is helping so I can concentrate on my fatigue & body aches without the doctor and myself putting the symptoms down to my cough & cold.

I’m going to try the properlis as I know they can give a natural energy boost. Willing to give anything natural a try .

I have the same issue, anything that's going round I seem to catch and it's worse for me than it seems for anyone else both in duration and intensity.

I started taking high doses of vit d and it has made a difference to me. I also find its much worse during winter so try and go somewhere warm to boost my immune system (and get more natural vit d) as there are obviously more bugs around during this time of year. I will give the Aloe a try too! And the Floradex.

Also another thing that helps with colds is Vick's first defence! Doesn't boost your immune system but aids fighting off the cold.
